Corinth Church is a casual and friendly place to worship. The buildings and grounds are situated in the midst of rich farmlands. Worshipers come from Muncie, Cowan, and the many homes and neighborhoods also found in the midst of the fields and prairie. You will meet people in every walk of life. Some will be dressed in their favorite “Sunday best” and others will be wearing more casual attire. First time attenders are welcomed and respected. You will not be singled out or embarrassed, but we will endeavor to serve you in any way we can.
Our worship comes in many forms. Sunday at 9:30 am, we worship through study and discussion in Christian Education, also known as Sunday School. At 10:15 am, the praise band plays, getting us ready for our unified Sunday Worship service at 10:30 am. This service offers traditional hymns blended with modern choruses, a children’s time, prayer, sermon, and opportunity for giving. Our youth group and children’s ministry worship through learning, friendship, and service each week. We also minister while reaching out with Christ’s love in our missions work: fresh produce in connection with Cowan Community Schools, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Food Bank, partnering with other local churches for Walk a Mile in My Shoes, Vacation Bible School, etc. We also offer solid fundamental education and preparation through our Step Ahead Preschool.
